I was always brought up to think for myself, and I teach my kids the same thing. I would hate for them to look at me as some kind of dictatorship and fear everything I told them.
Thats a good point he wont know being too young but it wasnt that long ago it was illegal to be gay and a prisonable offence along with forced electric shock therapy. Wonder how he would feel about obedience to authority then.
