A much better night for me , and I feel better than I did yesterday , so I went for a decent walk first thing .
Aside from that , I’ve done a load of washing, cleaned kitchen and bathroom, put bin out ready for collection tomorrow, and fed the wildlife . I pulled kitchen blinds this morning and there was Cyril , sitting on the pergola stuffing its face .
I hope everyone else is having a good Monday too .
