Alex in BB3, he went to diary room for a paracetamol,he said, rather sheepishly, something like "I can't believe I'm telling you this - I tried to go to the loo this morning and strained so hard I got a headache"

Also, Alex's true disgust at housemates who wee in the shower "its disgusting!"

...although I do think he had a point lol. His heartfelt outrage in someway amusing though
